Bad Service from the beginning from the owner!

Please read guys!!! When checked in i got bad experienced from the owner, her name is Susi. During check in actually smooth, but old women wearing piyama (dress for sleep) came and interrupt the conversation between me and receptionist. Very rude since she need deposit IDR 100.000 and mentioned she is an expert in hospitality industry. Even 5 star hotel as long as room paid, and everything will be fine with cash basis. And for guarantee their hold my ID, then its fair enough tho. Very very unacceptable, she was yelling and mentioned many times she an expert. But she dont know the customer is one of manager in real five star hotel. Consider will check out early in the morning so i said better just hold my ID card and do not put any deposit, because experienced the staff takes long time to prepare and return the money back. If her real hospitality person, she supposed to know the FLEXIBILITY for customer. Water very sticky and oily. i think much of oil, very bad!

I get the nice clean room at highest floor level 5 if not mistake. Have a nice roof top garden with city view. The room clean and have toiletries with clean towel but need to request for new clean tower and make up room. If no request they will not to do it. Surrounding hotel a bit boring and the nearest convenience shop around 50m from the hotel, but easy to excess because it just next to the main road.

This place was so good and cozy, all room private room have blanket and shower sets laso have TV, free drinks in room, glass table and chair, room services also good staff. But dont have restaurant so you much delivery by yourself.

My girlfriend and I only stayed here on a one night stopover, as we were heading in elsewhere in Indonesia the next day. Everything was fine apart from the water from the shower and tap. When we turned the shower on, all of a sudden there was a weird smell, I can only describe as like sewerage. The water from the tap also had a bad smell when running and a slight yellow colour to it. This was a shame, as everything else was fine. Bed was comfy, room was clean and modern, air con worked great, it was quiet on the higher floor - BUT the water is a major issue. We were OK to skip a shower for one night and only use bottled water to brush our teeth, but for anyone staying longer than one night I would avoid. We didn’t say anything as we were only there one night and assumed the water will likely be the same throughout the place anyway. I’m not sure if it’s just an issue with the City itself in that area, or whether there is a dodgy system in just the hotel, but either way they need to try and fix it if possible. The smell coming from the water is awful.

Kamar luas dengan kamar mandi yang bersih dan peralatan mandi yang lengkap. Lokasi sangat strategis, karena dekat dengan pusat kota (cukup naik Gojek / Grab ke daerah ataupun pusat belanja terdekat). Kekurangannya hanya Wifi Internet nya yang tidak stabil. Saat saya menginap, sering sekali disconnect secara tiba - tiba, ataupun connect tetapi tetap tidak bisa mengakses internet. Akhirnya tetap memakai paket data pribadi. :) Overall, cukup recommended bagi Traveller On Budget yang ingin mengunjungi daerah Jakarta Pusat atau Barat.
